i had to cancel my garage appointment till the next day and when iI booked in at 11.30 I was told it should be 14.00 but that was the time I had booked in the previous day and I never left the garage till 14.30, I complained but got no apology of any
Salesman very helpful and friendly
Car was under repair for a week, i was provided daily updates and allocated a courtesy car for the duration
All done very efficiently and quickly with the least amount of fuss possible
Car was in for servicing - we were reminded by text, told when the car would be ready, phoned when the car was ready and collected the car with a friendly handover.

Received marketing material despite twice asking not to. Charged for screenshot at service - none added. I told you when I booked the car in it needed new front tyres. You told me 4 days later it needed new front tyres. Over £400 for two tyres!?

I suffered a puncture to a run flat tyre 140 miles from home.It took 3,5 working days to supply and fit a replacement tyre.

Excellent 'while you wait' service
Sales team is very good, however custumer service is very poor. We have had a too many problems with customer service.

Friendly service, quick but thorough
On picking up my car I was repeatedly asked to complete this survey and make sure I give full marks because it goes towards the salesperson bonus. The service was perfect but I don't need to be told how to fill in my experience by the salesperson

Only one frustrating issue. The bill is really hard to understand with the cryptic codes, letters and descriptions. Needs serious improvement from the customers petsoective.

when I called to make the point that the car was returned with a warning light on, I was asked whether the car was under warranty, as maybe I wanted it picked up by bmw roadside assistance. the right answer would be to check it first.
I had to wait for more that an hour after the original completion time I was given, and I could not be given an invoice at the time.
Good service, but very expensive.
I was only somewhat satisfied as whilst everyone seems professional my issues were not resolved and I did feel like I was being fobbed off to see if I would go away.
I had a point of contact in the servicing team (Grace Watson) who was very helpful. I was given updates as to progress and anticipated time for completion of works. Grace also arranged for me to speak to Sales before I picked up my car, as requested.
I was impressed with the video of the checks to my car.

When I checked-in the vehicle, a task was removed from the job card. When we picked-up the car later that day, we still had a red service warning because the task was overdue. We had to return the car and wait for that service to be completed.

I booked my car in to be serviced online, which gave me an idea how much the service would cost, so when the service agent gave me a totally different price which was more expensive, I referred her to the BMW site, she told me she was unaware of this
Slightly inconvenient not having use of a car for a day and travel to & from garage is a bit of a treck
A seamless process from dropping the car off to collecting it . Information on state of tyres etc., relayed by phone, as is advising that the car is ready.

My car was in for a oil service(it's first service) no break down of anything else checked? Contacted the same day to say it would be in over night as I had complained of squeaky breaks, no contact the day after then contacted on day 3 car ready
It can take a long time to simply drop off and pick up a car. Often going over information that has already been discussed.
All work carried out on time, and within the agreed time. The person that was put in charge of liaising with me did an excellent job, and could not have been more helpful.

As above: the paint shop manager ensured he spoke to me prior to releasing the car following completion of yhe work. I was offered refreshments throughout my visit.
On Wed 21 Nov my X5 was booked in to have the nearside front driveshaft cv boot replaced, when on route to Edin from Tullibody i was called to say a part had'nt arrived, I rebooked for Tue 15 Jan, when I arrived at the garage my X5 wasnt booked in.

Excellent standard of customer service and information passed to me at every stage of the process.
I would have been fully satisfied but for the following: - courtesy bus wasn't available back into Edinburgh - so had to make my own way and the garage location is quite a way out of town. Also no arrangement for transport back to the garage.
Service was completed whilst I waited
The overall service is very good. However I think more could be done to more flexibly offer what is advertised in the service package (eg performing some service work if service is due soon and car is in for MOT and under a service package).

You don't allow enough characters to tell my story. Enough to say that I experienced appalling telephone management. I called, told my story to 4 people, having been transferred 4 times, ended with reception again. No one called back as promised.

On the day I came to pick up the car there was a lot of waiting around and multiple people trying to sort out paperwork and long waits between 'just going to fetch my laptop' then not returning for a while. Apart from this everything was great.

BMW UK Ltd (the importer of the car I ordered) did not deliver a car with all the options that I paid for. The dealer had to do a reconfiguration of the car (the boot) to get the car into a state that was acceptable to me.
