They did their best given the lack of the BMW Part. The service manager Rory did his very best and just managed to get me on the road at 9am on the morning I left, for my Christmas journey south with heavy load of children and luggage

When my car was brought in for repair - a burst tyre it was not explained that the tyre could not be repaired doing it being a run flat. This was also not explained when I bought the car. I had to wait for a phonecall after I left.

Peter Vardy know how to look after customers from the moment you step into their premises and until you leave. You are kept up to date on process / progress of the service and you are ensured of a much coffee as you wish while waiting.

The AA man phoned the service desk and they fitted me in to fix my boot straight away - BMW at Newbridge, Edinburgh made no such offer to fix quickly despite the fact my boot wouldn't shut therefore the car was unsecured.
