My car was returned late but I received updates and a full apology. I understand that sometimes things do not go to plan. Grace did a super job!
Able to work whilst waiting, complementary drinks and snacks available and looked after courteously.
I arrived at Peter Vardy without an appointment as the engine warning light came on while driving towards Edinburgh. I was told that the diagnostics would take up to 4 hours and I had to change my plans for that day.
Service department were extremely helpful and met all my needs

Very satisfied, I was kept up to date by text message letting me know what was happening thanks to Jessica. Unfortunately I wasn't given an MOT Certificate when I left, but I never noticed until I was home. I tried phoning but couldn't get through.
Delivered car at 0800 and was told would be ready at 1700 which it was.Eveything was attended to and car was returned clean.Had hoped it might have been ready earlier but as I had not requested that I cannot really complain.

Was given the opportunity to hand my car in within a day or so, and the lights were replaced foc. Grace in Service Dept was very courteous and helpful.
Car went to get rear window electrics and washer line sorted. The washer pump now has NO pressure to it so is useless for the front windscreen and trickles out the back. My car radio has lost all its stations and the FM now doesn't work.

Multiple failings from multiple sales staff leading to a terrible experience of buying a car.
Dealer failed to understand that having had previous same cars the bonnet was not operating as it did on these and tried to tell me it was fine. It wasn't.
Loved the video of the health check without additional upselling. Very informative and So refreshing just to have an honest view without being sold additional services . Great to have the car valeted too Foc.
I was disappointed with this service. No courtesy car available. Impossible to find out timing for job completion... phonecalls routed through Glasgow who failed to connect, arrange reply and cannot read service info online. Final bill in error

Having bought our X1 from Peter Vardy in Edinburgh some 18 months ago, whenever we have had an issue or a normal inspection re-call, Peter Vardy's Staff and level of service have been second to none.

Received marketing material despite twice asking not to. Charged for screenshot at service - none added. I told you when I booked the car in it needed new front tyres. You told me 4 days later it needed new front tyres. Over £400 for two tyres!?

I suffered a puncture to a run flat tyre 140 miles from home.It took 3,5 working days to supply and fit a replacement tyre.

when I called to make the point that the car was returned with a warning light on, I was asked whether the car was under warranty, as maybe I wanted it picked up by bmw roadside assistance. the right answer would be to check it first.

I was only somewhat satisfied as whilst everyone seems professional my issues were not resolved and I did feel like I was being fobbed off to see if I would go away.
I had to wait for more that an hour after the original completion time I was given, and I could not be given an invoice at the time.
Efficient and trustworthy
When I checked-in the vehicle, a task was removed from the job card. When we picked-up the car later that day, we still had a red service warning because the task was overdue. We had to return the car and wait for that service to be completed.

I had a point of contact in the servicing team (Grace Watson) who was very helpful. I was given updates as to progress and anticipated time for completion of works. Grace also arranged for me to speak to Sales before I picked up my car, as requested.

My car was in for a oil service(it's first service) no break down of anything else checked? Contacted the same day to say it would be in over night as I had complained of squeaky breaks, no contact the day after then contacted on day 3 car ready
It can take a long time to simply drop off and pick up a car. Often going over information that has already been discussed.

I purchased my car from yourselves and was told the deal included three years servicing which it turned out not to have only two years upon trying to exchange the car after the salesman had said the vehicle had guaranteed value it would appear not

On Wed 21 Nov my X5 was booked in to have the nearside front driveshaft cv boot replaced, when on route to Edin from Tullibody i was called to say a part had'nt arrived, I rebooked for Tue 15 Jan, when I arrived at the garage my X5 wasnt booked in.

As above: the paint shop manager ensured he spoke to me prior to releasing the car following completion of yhe work. I was offered refreshments throughout my visit.
All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - a really comfortable environment in which to make a purchase.

From pre sale to driving out the show room everything top notch. I hadn't driven an automatic before and both sales and handover assisted me with overcoming this. At handover especially I was given help with a few circles round the car park.

The internal trim is wrong. I sent my bmw online spec link but because one of the items is a zero cost option (black gloss trim v aluminium/ blue msport trim) it was never shown anywhere and picked up

BMW UK Ltd (the importer of the car I ordered) did not deliver a car with all the options that I paid for. The dealer had to do a reconfiguration of the car (the boot) to get the car into a state that was acceptable to me.
