Mix up over when car was due to be returned and I was therefore without transport for the weekend. However the member of staff who was my contact (and was not on duty at the weekend) was most apologetic and very helpful.

Peter Vardy always look after their customers - from the moment you walk in. I am always kept informed as to each stage of the "works" process such that I can pretty well know the time the car will "be ready".

When I bought my car it had 3 year service pack and I'm used to BMW contacting me when service is due but I had to contact PV to arrange service which was a first for me
Service advisor was very good. However only 3 stars as I did not receive my vehicle health check video and the courtesy bus back to the garage was 25 mins late picking me up.
Mechanic came out and spoke to me regarding work done to my car.
Car booked in easily, I arrived on time, car serviced to time and car cleaned for me!
The advertised 10% off for booking online was not honoured, and the staff member couldn't explain what a standard scope was, other than saying it had to be done. A £20 scam.
A no notice puncture repair handled with speed and efficiency. Thank you Tyre Dept.

it was ok no more, they done what they had to but no more, i left annoyed because an issue with stone chips on the rear sills was dismissed as just one of those things that happens where as i believe that it is due to a design fault.
Everything during the service was great. Good communication and car taken on all aspects of the service.
The air condition fault was not Fixed within 11 days and car was handed back with air con not working and I was still charged for re-charge.

Didn't properly repair a faulty headlight sensor in Nov 18 - same sensor failed again in April'19. Booked repair and the problem was not addressed/nothing was done after I had taken time off work! Had to send it back yet again to be repaired.
I have received very good service from all the staff who have dealt with me.
Positive - the service was as expected for a main dealer. Great to get a lift to town when I hadn't booked the courtesy bus. Negative - 2 errors on my vehicle service sheet; mileage and tyre make. Minor things but expect better when paying a premium.
I appreciated the follow up call the day after to make sure everything was ok. Brian was helpful and knowledgable when discussing the issue I was having.

Do not be too opportunistic about how long some work will take. If you are unsure, dont make empty promises. Because you wasted my morning, i would have preferred to collect the car in the evening.

I had my car booked in for 9.am and never got it back until 4.pm . I received my vehicle health check at 12..15pm so what have they been doing with my car ? I dropped in at 9am

Satisfied with the service and the update. I was however told that my car would be valeted within the service, which it was not carried out. Slightly disappointed from that point of view.
Job repaired as soon as part arrived in and Craig O the technician wad very helpful and explained to me after the repair what the fault was and how it was rectified

I was kept update on the progress of my car regularly from informed, friendly, customer focussed people.
Reception staff need more training as they seemed to be unaware of the member of staff I was dealing with. Contract hire team were very good.

All my expectations were met.
Screen fitting didn't go as planned resulting in 24 hour delay for returning vehicle. On collection identified damage to alloy wheel which was not there when collected. To be fair Peter Vardy have been excellent and will resolve the issue

The staff take great care and are very polite and knowledgable. The mechanic sends me a video of my car on the ramp and exactly how it is doing. Plus I was able to book in for my service and wait as it did not take long at all.
Disappointed that my car has a needless MOT fail on record because the seatbelt wasn't checked before the MOT. Also the Shock Absorber boot wasn't covered under warranty.

My car was in for winter to summer wheel change and service. On the way home the tyre pressure warning activated. I returned the next morning and it was corrected. This has happened nearly every time after a wheel change. Tyre employees need trainin
3rd time in for the same repair within 1 year I have never been recommended to replace brake discs after 2 years & 24k miles of motorway driving? 4 tyres also recommended to be replaced with double the legal limit left? Repair working for now!
The service was completed as expected but was later than the requested completion time which impacted my home return journey.

Try fix problem change the parts but still I have the sounds from suspension after couple days told me some Bmw cars have this sound but to be honest car BMW X6 for £70000 should not has any sound plus my dad has the same car and no sound at all
Service experience was very good. Mechanic forgot to reset board computer however. Need for another worksshop visit now to reset. Happened at other bmw workshops before.

I arrived at Peter Vardy without an appointment as the engine warning light came on while driving towards Edinburgh. I was told that the diagnostics would take up to 4 hours and I had to change my plans for that day.
My car was returned late but I received updates and a full apology. I understand that sometimes things do not go to plan. Grace did a super job!

Very satisfied, I was kept up to date by text message letting me know what was happening thanks to Jessica. Unfortunately I wasn't given an MOT Certificate when I left, but I never noticed until I was home. I tried phoning but couldn't get through.
Was given the opportunity to hand my car in within a day or so, and the lights were replaced foc. Grace in Service Dept was very courteous and helpful.
Car went to get rear window electrics and washer line sorted. The washer pump now has NO pressure to it so is useless for the front windscreen and trickles out the back. My car radio has lost all its stations and the FM now doesn't work.
Can't fault the service. When you walk into the Peter Vardy showroom the staff make you feel so welcome.

Good staff, efficient procedures. I don't understand why oil should cost £90 and I don't understand why I am charged to refill my windscreen wash when it is already full. This appears to be fraudulent

The level of service was great but the information given about the car was misleading as sold as a 7 seated family car . I should have been made clear you cant get child seats in the 3rd row and only 2 in the 2nd row .so the sale team need training

The internal trim is wrong. I sent my bmw online spec link but because one of the items is a zero cost option (black gloss trim v aluminium/ blue msport trim) it was never shown anywhere and picked up
