Service rep did not fully explain what my service involved. He didn't return a call and corresponded by text message. He also passed me off to someone else when I picked up the car. Not the experience I've come to expect from Peter Vardy BMW.

My car developed a problem with a tyre. I was due to travel a long distance within a couple of days. They were just great. Took my car in immediately, even though they were really busy, and had it ready for me the following afternoon.
The information given was clear and concise the service personnel were very helpful and answered enquiries quickly

Service provided by Jess was great start to finish. I had discussed and highlighted an issue that had occurred. Jess had a great service approach and most of all listened to me as a customer and resolved with a positive outcome for myself.
Jessica was very forthcoming. My BMW didn't accelerate at all any more. Jessica helped to get it fixed within a day, inclusive getting a bulged tyre fixed.This process was quick, efficient and completed to a friendly and high standard!

I had a recurring rattle at the back of the car due to a faulty tailgate latch. I was advised that the fault may be covered under the warranty. I would have expected the reason for the fault was known before suggesting it may be chargeable.

I was told that the car would not be available until close of working day, Needed the car for 1pm, got it at 2,30pm. As it was only an oil service, it should have been donw right away while the oil ws hot.

Car was in for service & MOT . We came back to discover car wasn't ready . The car was to be ready about 4pm . We eventually had to leave at 4.30pm ( we live in Berwick upon Tweed ) & had to re -arrange a return visit to have brake fluid changed .
